This website has been created to help those that feel overwhelmed at having to defend against an unjust termination and a denial of unemployment benefits.

Please do not hesitate to exercise your right to be heard in an Administrative Appeal Court Hearing before an Administrative Law Judge who can reverse a denial of benefits decision by the EDD.

Although you may represent yourself through the process, you are entitled to be represented through the process and court hearing.

Our physical office is located in the State of California. Areas outside of Southern California are represented by telephone and telephone conference calls during the actual court hearing.

DO NOT wait to file a timely appeal and prepare your case; time may be your biggest enemy. Waiting to gather evidence for your case may cause you to lose your chance to successfully appeal your denied claim. Too many people simply give up after an initial unjust decision by an EDD employee.

If you feel you have been wronged by an EDD employee, let an experienced advocate represent the facts as they should be represented before the Administrative Law Judge.

* Know what to expect before attending your Administrative Court Hearing.

* Know how the facts and testimony are applied to appeal decisions.

* Decide if you want to represent yourself or if you want your case represented by an experienced advocate before an Administrative Law Judge.
