Please Note:
Every effort is made to provide advocate services regardless of the ability to pay. However, there is substantial time involved in reviewing and preparing each individual case and there are costs involved in providing this advocate service. Unfortunately, without payment, there are limited services that can be performed. Still, there is no cost for consultation and guidance so please do not hesitate to call.
- No Charge for Initial Consultation so Relax and Feel Free to Call.
- In certain circumstances there will be no charge for services rendered, including ALJ appeal court hearing representation.
- Generally the fees are as follows: Complete Case Document Review, Case Work-Up and Follow up Phone or Office Conference; $200.
- Fee for Representation in the Administrative Appeal Court Hearing before the Administrative Law Judge is usually no more than $500.
- Again, in certain circumstances, no fee will be charged for representation.
